Ordering Information

How to Order?

1. It does not matter if you're a xanga user or not. We welcome all! Simply leave a comment with the item craved and your email add , and we will get back to you ASAP!

2. Multiple Orders: If you happen to purchase an item from more than one of us,
just inform any one of us and we'll send out your buys as 1 package.

3. All items, (that do not require bidding), will be based on a first-come-first-serve system! So leave your emails fast, most of our items are limited!

4. Before you order, please make sure that you have cleared all your doubts about the item including measurements, history.. etc, through the comments page or through emailing jitandjessica@hotmail.com! We'll try to get back to you asap!

Payment Details

-POSB transfers only.

-We do not accept concealed cash.

-We do not do meetups due to our busy schedules.

-Prices stated may or may not include postage but will be stated in the post.

-We are not responsible for any LOST/DAMAGED items.

-No refunds are allowed. So please be confirmed about the item you are buying. :)

-Please allow up to 4 working days for items to be sent out.

Postage Prices

The postage prices for normal mail at jitandjessica are as follows:

-accessories: $1 per item

-clothes: $1.50 per item

-Prices of postage not fixed due to difference in weight. Will be advised again in the email.

An additional charge of $2 will be added for registered mail.

Lastly,

If an item is pending, it means we're awaiting payment. But do leave your contacts still, if you're interested, in case the first deal falls through ;)

If an item is sold, it means it's gone! We might bring them back due to overwhelming response though. So do comment for your favourite items!
